Holly Green Dairy was born from a passion for dense, creamy gelato, the beautiful Buckinghamshire countryside and our family farm, which has passed down through the female line for over 100 years.
Our mission is to create an irresistibly smooth gelato which can be enjoyed in some of the amazing countryside this country has available, all in front of the cow which produced the milk.
At Holly Green, we are passionate about our local environment, sustainability, our happy farm girls (the cows) and the quality of our gelato. Every batch is made in small quantities, slow-churned to the perfect texture, with top quality and locally-sourced ingredients wherever possible.
